Our fast growing company is looking for Full Time Sales & Customer Service Consultant to join their team.
If you have excellent communication skills and have experience working in a fast paced call centre environment then we want to hear from you.
The role and responsibilities:
• deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• Manage out bound sales leads
• Handling customer enquiries, both telephonically and via email
• Researching required information using available resources
• Managing and resolving customer complaints
• Providing customers with product and service information
• Entering new customer information into system
• Updating existing customer information
• Processing orders, forms and applications
You must possess:
• Customer service or sales based experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Intermediate computer skills
• Excellent communication skills essential
• customer service orientation
